The extensive renovations have produced a beautiful OASIS perched above the famous Byward Market neighbourhood.  Spaces were opened up bring in more light, some extra space was reclaimed back to the concrete, exposing the raw concrete pillar.  The raw concrete ceilings were also retained.

The stairs up to the second floor and wall were removed and replaced with a glass and metal bannister with wood steps and step lights on each step, plus multi-headed spots for focusing on the art.  Every room has been redesigned with thoughtful emphasis on unique storage spaces concealed elegantly throughout.

Kahrs hardwood, Beech Cambridge 3 strip flooring is installed on the second level, and ebonized vinyl wood flooring on the main level.

The list of updates and elegant finishes is extensive and really needs to be seen to appreciate the full effect.
