Adult Life Style refers to houses or condos which are designed primarily for adults.

Often these will be one level living, with the master bedroom and laundry on the same floor as the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Most will have a focus on entertaining spaces: great kitchen for cooking, dining room, living room, and outdoor “rooms” to take advantage of nice weather and enjoy with friends and family.

There are also “life lease” communities, wherein the right to live in the property community resides with an individual or couple until their death or they move out.
