Born and raised in Ottawa, Ron Laurin knows the city inside and out. Ron has worked successfully in competitive world of sales beginning with his family owned electronics business in 1983. He later transitioned to professional fundraising for the United Way, where his clients ranged from large high tech companies to local small and medium sized businesses.
In addition to his experience assisting people to sell and buy, Ron was also self-employed in the home improvement industry. This gives Ron the comprehensive and robust understanding of remodeling, renovation and reconstruction to share with clients. He is also trained as a web developer and served in the Canadian Armed Forces.
Ron grew up in a family of three active boys, and he played competitive hockey for years. He continues to play in a weekly men’s recreational league. Ron shares his love of hockey by coaching boys and girls at the competitive level, and also with the Gloucester Griffins lacrosse association.
Ron has lived in Ottawa Centre, Ottawa East, Nepean, and most recently Copeland Park. He possesses an in-depth knowledge of local neighbourhoods: their services, schools and other conveniences and amenities.
Ron is professional, enthusiastic and discreet. He adjusts to new trends when assisting his clients to make the best choices for buying, selling or investing in property in the Ottawa Capital area. He is also fluently bilingual in both English and French.
